General terms and conditions for providing services electronically

Using the platform's services constitutes full acceptance of the regulations in their current version. Frumzi Casino reserves the right to introduce changes to the document's content for important technical, legal, or organizational reasons. Users will be informed of any significant modifications sufficiently in advance via the website or email. Continued use of the service after changes are introduced constitutes their acceptance. If the user does not agree with the new terms, they have the right to terminate the agreement by closing their account.

Formal requirements for users

Only a natural person who has full legal capacity and is over 18 years of age may be a user of the platform. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited and constitutes a gross violation of the regulations. Each user may have only one account. Creating multiple profiles will result in the immediate blocking of all associated accounts and potential forfeiture of funds accumulated in the system.

Identity verification process

During registration, the user must provide true, complete, and up-to-date personal data. We reserve the right to request copies of documents confirming the user's identity and age. Access to some features of the service may remain limited until successful verification. Refusal to provide the required documents entitles the administrator to close the account and terminate the agreement with immediate effect.

The user undertakes to use the platform in a manner consistent with the law and social norms. Strictly prohibited are:

• Exploiting technical errors, security vulnerabilities, or oversights in the service's software.
• Using bots, scripts, and other tools that automate technical interactions.
• Attempting to hack into systems, modify website code, or distribute malicious software.
• Sharing an account with third parties or using someone else's login credentials.
• Publishing offensive, defamatory content, or content that infringes upon the rights of others.

All financial operations on the platform are subject to rigorous security procedures. The user may only make deposits from accounts or cards of which they are the legal owner. Using funds derived from illegal sources is strictly punished and reported to the relevant authorities in Poland. We reserve the right to suspend payment processes for security checks or identity verification purposes. Any operational fees are clearly communicated before the transaction is finalized, if applicable.

We do not provide any guarantees regarding positive outcomes of interactions or the achievement of any material benefits. The service is provided "as is", and the operator is not responsible for users' subjective expectations that have not been met. Our total liability will in no event exceed the amount paid by the user within the last 30 days prior to the occurrence of the event giving rise to the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently delete a user's account in the event of a violation of the terms of this agreement, suspected fraud, or at the request of authorized state authorities in Poland. The user may terminate the agreement at any time by sending a request to close the account to the support department.

All disputes arising from the use of the platform will be resolved based on Polish law. The parties undertake first to attempt an amicable resolution of the conflict through negotiation. If an agreement is not reached, the dispute will be submitted to the common court competent for the operator's registered office or the consumer's place of residence.
